This can happen for one of three reasons
1. the bracelet is much larger than your wrist (not an optimal bracelet size)
2. the S-hook is pushed in too far when wearing the bracelet
3. the bracelet is caught on something.
Although the S-hook is very solidly made, the above reasons may cause the S-hook to be slightly loose (the S-hook is also made of 925 silver).
Resolve: If you find that the S Hook space is loose after wearing the bracelet, make sure to press the S Hook firmly with your hand to reduce the gap.
